Therapy Approach

I provide a laid-back, non-judgmental space for my clients. I take a collaborative approach to therapy that incorporates individuality and the wisdom clients have about themselves, along with evidence-based approaches. I view my role as walking alongside you in your therapy journey to provide support in setting and accomplishing goals that are aligned with your values. I hope to assist clients to feel more fulfilled in life through our work together. I support clients’ autonomy. I won’t tell you what to do - rather we can work together on building insight into barriers preventing you from living the life you want, and then gradually taking steps in the direction of your goals.

Evidence-based therapies I draw from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)
